If You are under legal age of consent for Your respective district, You are not allowed to access or use this Website or Our services. You acknowledge and agree that You must be of legal age to purchase any of Our products or services available on this Website or otherwise.

By submitting an order and/or payment, You are acknowledging that You have read and understand these terms and conditions. By submitting an order and/or payment, You are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and Author House.

Definition of Terms

"Website" means all online content on Author House website pages.

"Customer," "You," or "Yours" mean and refer to you and/or any other person submitting an order to Author House on your behalf.

"Company," "We," or "Our" mean and refer to Author House, a company registered under the laws of Massachusetts.

"Product" means and refers to all services and products provided by Author House to Customer in accordance with his/her Order.

"Order" means an order via phone or e-mail made by Customer to purchase services or products provided by Author House. Orders are confirmed by down payments via credit card, cash receipt or bank wire transfer

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered if services have not yet commenced. Once work begins, refunds are limited to cases where we fail to deliver as described in the service agreement. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. Partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

Revisions

We are committed to client satisfaction and may provide reasonable revisions depending on the service package purchased. Excessive revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and deliverables created by Author House Pro remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts or materials do not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Author House Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance.
